About Us
We are Tabita's Kids & Friends Home Workers, more known as Tkf Home Workers. An employment agency for freelancers within Suriname. TKF has been an existing company for years, but we started our employment agency in July 2021 and have really grown since then. We have a group of people who have come to work for us in the office and from home. Since we have employed enough people to get the work done, we are now looking for a new challenge!
From small, solo projects to creative collaborations, we're always looking for the chance to explore new venues and learn something new that we can apply to our work.

July 2021 - November 2021
Appen China: Project Bryant
On project Bryant we have worked as Dutch transcibers. We started with 10 transcribers and expanded to 78. We had to listen to voice messages and then write down what we heard in them. The voice messages came from TikTok and needed subtitles. Working on this project was a nice experience and we were able to learn from this and were able to start with a new one after the project.
November 2021 - December 2021
WOW Asia: Project Utter2
On project Utter2 we also did transcription work, but here we were the QAs and had to correct the text that comes with the voice messages. We did not stay long on this project, but it was certainly a pleasant experience.
January 2022 - Present
5CA: Project Bots.io
At 5CA we now have customer support agents working via chat/email and chat. They are providing Bots.io customers proffesional support in Dutch and English.

Even though they've completed the 5CAs tests and training, they still receive additional trainings monthly to continue on being great support agents!

We offer customer service/support in Dutch and English. Each agent is guided by one of our Team Leaders or Trainers, so they are never alone. We are really selective when applying for jobs and train our people ourselves, as a result, we only have people who can really do the job.

Why Us?
We simply don't come here to do half work. When we do it, we do it right the first time. We employ over 50 people with relevant call agent experience and these people learn quickly so can join a company in no time. We have the people to do the job and certainly don't disappoint! The more the better. We have enough people ready to start, but we can always bring in more people.

Our Work
We like to do our work ourselves. If we bring 10 people, we also train those 10 people. Do we bring more? Then the same thing happens. We are happy to take it upon ourselves and we also have the people to do it. We don't just hire anyone to work for us. Our people have at least completed an MBO and all have a good command of the Dutch language. They are hired by our recruitment after a click conversation. Contact us! We adapt quickly!
